The Use it Again! Program has developed from a small guide of approximately 350 Philadelphia businesses to today's statewide program. This was only possible with the support and guidance of the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, the main supporter of the Use it Again, PA! project, as well as the support of the Phoebe W. Haas Charitable Trusts and the Beneficia Foundation, whose support enables Clean Air Council to continue its work on waste reduction and recycling issues.
